I have made my first bikini Amara. I have made a XL size but next time I will do L size. Is a high bikini and the transparency give the bikini a special feature. The youtube tutorials are very useful, I wish in the future a Bikini Amara tutorial will be available!
Had fun sewing this pattern and loved the final reveal of finished garment after sewing all the pieces together. Though being an experienced sewer I learnt new sewing techniques watching her YouTube tutorials. I'm a size 12-14 and made size 14 brief. If i had to make it again i would pull elastics around legs a tad tighter for a slightly more snug fit around the legs. I think this is because i'm in between sizes.
I love this pattern, it makes a very stylish chic silhouette but is still very straightforward and easy to make. I have one in black and one in white.
