Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
30-day return policy are only applicable for physical products. Digital products do not have return policy. Please read the return policy for digital products below for more details.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@businkamania.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
RECEIVING DIGITAL PATTERNS
Digital patterns are PDF files delivered to your email instantly, ready for you to print at home on A4 paper, at 100% (actual size). It’s normally a super-fast and simple process, however sometimes technology can get the better of us, therefore please read these guidelines if it’s your first order.
After you complete your payment of a digital PDF pattern, you will automatically receive a separate email (from deliveries@skypilotapp.com, apart from your order confirmation) with a button to download your PDF sewing pattern. A computer or laptop works best for downloading; please save the PDF straight away.
There's a chance your order email might end up in your email's junk folder or filtered out as spam, so if you can't find your order please check there. If you still cannot find it, ask in the chat on our website and we will help you straight away.
RETURNING DIGITAL PRODUCTS
We hope you like your digital PDF sewing pattern. Please review product information carefully before purchase - due to the instant digital downloadable products, after you have downloaded or began to download a digital pattern, the right to return is restricted. Due to the nature of digital products, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
The process of downloading a digital order normally begins by clicking on the download link sent in the order email, whether or not you open the downloaded files.
Once you purchase a digital Product and we make it available to you, you are responsible for downloading (if applicable) and confirming your ability to access it, and bear all risk of loss after downloading the product, including any loss due to a computer or hard drive malfunction.
If you change your mind or would like to return the digital product, due to the nature of digital products, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
All purchases of Digital Products (digital sewing patterns) are final.
